The municipality of Hallbergmoos and the Munich Airport Business Park on the southern perimeter of Munich Airport can be easily reached by car via the airport motorway, the A92 motorway and the FS44 district road (with a direct link to the Munich Airport Business Park).

The Airport Business Centre is located in the Munich Airport Business Park, a high-quality office location just under two kilometres south of Munich Airport, on the western edge of the up-and-coming community of Hallbergmoos and in the immediate catchment area of the Munich economic region.

Thanks to its favourable location outside the airport's flight paths and the high-quality soundproof glazing, the ABC is not affected by aircraft noise. Tenants, guests and conference participants at the ABC benefit from the neighbouring hotels and restaurants and from the infrastructure of the Hallbergmoos community with its shopping and service facilities.

The state capital of Munich, as well as the district towns of Freising and Erding and the municipality of Ismaning in the vicinity of the ABC, are easily accessible by car, bus or S-Bahn.

A special service for our tenants is the free use of our in-house shuttle bus, coordinated with the "Hallbergmoos stop" S-Bahn timetable.

Of course, there is also a parking garage with a large number of parking spaces, as well as visitor parking outside the complex. The parking spaces are rented exclusively to our tenants.
