The modern office building in the form of a five-floor hexagon is grouped around a triangular tower, which forms the central link with almost all parts of the building with glass panoramic lifts and stairwells.
All parts of buildings have cellars and all rooms of the ABC are equipped with cavity floors. Apart from in the core and entrance areas of the central hexagon, which are tiled, there is high quality carpeting in all offices and corridors.
The offices satisfy all contemporary requirements of ergonomics and communication options with state-of-the-art technical equipment, thus offering optimal working conditions. The offices of the ABC are equipped with an individually controllable heating and cooling system, which operates on ground water and thermal pumps and is extremely cost-effective and at the same time environment-friendly. For the lighting of the rooms an energy-saving lighting system was specially developed, which enables glare-free working at monitors.
The conference centre is also equipped with a cooling ceiling system.
The Airport Business Centre has its own emergency power supply.
