The Airport Business Centre is owner-managed and the head office of many well-known companies in various sectors, including aerospace, the automotive supply industry, logistics and various other sectors and consultancies. The modern office building is arranged in the form of a five-storey hexagon around a triangular tower, which forms the central link to almost all parts of the building with panoramic glass lifts and staircases.

All parts of the building have basements and all rooms in the ABC are fitted with cavity floors. With the exception of the tiled ground floor in the core and entrance area of the central hexagon, high-quality carpeting has been installed in all offices and corridors.


With state-of-the-art technical equipment, the offices fulfil all contemporary requirements in terms of ergonomics and communication options thereby offering optimal working conditions. The ABC offices are equipped with an individually controllable heating and cooling system, which is operated with groundwater and heat pumps in an extremely cost-effective and environmentally friendly manner. An energy-saving lighting system has been specially developed for the lighting in the rooms, enabling glare-free work at screens as a first.


The conference centre is also equipped with a cooling ceiling system. The Airport Business Centre has its own emergency power supply.

Rental from 20 square metres up to a current maximum of 1,000 square metres.
